Sports Equipment: The paddle board, kayak, water mat, flotation devices, oars, and foldable chairs should be cleaned and stored in the basement. Patio cushions are to be placed in storage bins due to high winds, rain, leaves, and birds. Please do not leave the floating mat out overnight as the birds and geese soil it. All items should b

High winds can be expected during your stay. Please store all sports equipment and cushions. Animals are part of nature... please be mindful of the damage that can be caused by birds and squirrels and store all items including chairs, cushions, kayak seat, and the floating mat.

All trash should be placed in 2 large bins and rolled out onto the street on Mondays.

1. All bed sheets and bath linens are to be removed and left in a pile for the cleaning crew. 2. Beach towels are to be cleaned in cold water, folded, and stored 3. All trash is to be bagged and left in the green and blue garbage bin at the top of the hill. Trash pick up is Monday and the two bins must be on the street in order to be picked up. 4. All patio cushions are to be cleaned and stored in the storage bins 5. All chairs and sports apparel are to be cleaned and returned to the basement. REMEMBER - Please make sure to lock the door behind you after you have removed all your belongings.
