This is the Minneapolis downtown area. There are plenty of nice venue's, restaurants, shopping, and bar's in this area. Most of the buildings in the area are connected via a second floor skyway system, making it easily walkable in winter. The skyways do close at different times times depending on the season, so it's worth a quick google.
