The Fludyers has superb views of the sea. There is an extensive outside seating area with heaters if needed. There is an excellent restaurant and bar area and is within walking distance (about 25 mins) of the golf club.

Sightseeing
Languard Fort and Felixstowe Museum are very popular with tourists to Felixstowe. There is also a lovely cafe nearby with great views of the port and the huge ships that visit. Well worth a visit whilst you are here.

This fishing hamlet of Felixstowe Ferry has a a couple of small cafe's and a lovely old pub. There is also the sailing club and crabbing from the jetty for the children. There is a ferry that takes you across to Bawdsey for a visit too. This is about a 10 minute walk from the Golf Club

Colchester is about a 30 minute drive away and a lovely town to visit. Jimmy's Farm is close by as is Suffolk Food Hall. There are lots of lovely coastal towns i.e. Southwold and Aldeburgh not far away and Snape Malting, an interesting place to visit for a day.
