This is my favourite local restaurant. It’s about a 10 min drive from my place but absolutely worth it. Always book though as it’s very busy every day of the week! You could go casual or get dressed up and you wouldn’t be out of place. I really rate getting the platter to share of cold and hot mezze with grilled meat. Delicious. Not good for veggie or vegan though in my opinion!

This is an all-vegan cafe that is truly amazing for breakfast, brunch, cakes and Sunday lunch. Really casual and reasonably priced. Great service. Really innovative menu and the cakes are something else! Need to book in advance for Sunday Lunch but rest of the time should be good for walk ins.

This is walking distance to my place. Very traditional pub offering home cooked and hearty portioned food. It’s nice and handy and great to grab a quick bite to eat at. Can be busy with families and kids though, and walkers at times.

Just a 3 minute drive and probably only 15 mins walk this is a really lovely sot for a classy dinner. Menu varied and good quality. Bistro standard and nice atmosphere. Could easily get dressed up. Nice for insta-worthy photos too.
