The Rock of Guatapé also known as the Stone of El Peñol or simply La Piedra or El Peñol, is a landmark inselberg in Colombia. Beautiful sightseeing and amazing lake with great restaurants and water sports. Best time to go is in the Morning from Medellin and then return at evening.

If you go with a tour, you can expect to hit the town’s highlights, including the famous bridge that hangs over the Rio Cauca.
