All the featured fish at Chuck's Fish comes from their wholesale market at Harbor Docks. In addition to Gulf seafood, they offer aged, naturally-raised beef-cut inhouse and an award-winning sushi bar (We highly recommend the sushi. Our favorite roll is not on the menu, but if you ask for Donkey on Crack, you're in for a treat).

Bar/Hang-out Scene

The Strip is a retail and nightlife district located immediately west of the University of Alabama campus, centered along University Boulevard. With places like Gallettes, Houndstooth, Rounders, Red Shed, The Bear Trap, and The Rabbit Hole, you're sure to find a place for music, drinks, or UA Memorabilia. Fun Fact: Gallettes has been a Gameday favorite and a Tuscaloosa tradition since 1976. Home of the famous Yellow Hammer drink, the local bar is filled with natural light, open spaces, video walls, large TVs, and more. As the closest bar to Bryant-Denny Stadium, it's a gameday tradition everyone enjoys — whether on a gameday or just a fun night out. Despite its popularity, the bar hasn't had a sign on its building since it opened in 1976.

Downtown Bars/Hangouts: The walk from the Federal Courthouse to the Capitol Park Downtown holds much of Tuscaloosa. This walk takes you past some of our One & Only storefronts, eateries, and attractions. Stumble beyond University Blvd; either way takes you deeper into Tuscaloosa. To the North, between Greensboro and 22nd Ave, in Temerson Square. The back alley-style district is home to downtown's thriving food and bar scene. There are several establishments to visit, but here are just a few: Session Cocktails, Loosa Brews, World of Beer, Alcove, Black Warrior Brewery, Moes, Copper Top, Druid City Social, Catch 22, R and R Cigars.
