Since the cottage is 20-25 minutes from most grocery stores, we recommend grabbing groceries on your way into town.
Getting around
Be careful on the highways
Many local Amish families live throughout the area. Be cautious of horses and buggies traveling on the roadways.
What to pack
Towels and First Aid
Please bring beach towels if you intend to swim in the river. Limited first aid supplies are available. Jellyfish are sometimes present in the water, and some first aid cream is available.
