This is one of my favorite beaches. Go to Honeymoon island and right after the ranger station, turn left to ferry dock. Island has a snack bar, beach chairs and umbrellas. Great shell hunting and sugar sand.

About a 40 minute drive from Dunedin due to traffic but well worth the drive. Long, sunny beach with sugar sand. No trees so make sure you take an umbrella and ware plenty of sunscreen. May also like to stop at Madeira Beach and Treasure Island Beach just north of St. Pete Beach.
