This is the top of the Prudential tower. They also have food, but it's pricey. The trick is to show up late as the sun begins to set so you get the day AND night view of the skyline.

Alternative: See "Top of the Hub" under food/drinks for a sneaky way to get the view without the high cost of admission for the skywalk. Top of the Hub is a bar / restaurant that is above the skywalk observatory. Just get a couple of drinks and walk the perimeter when you can.
