Arguably the most beautiful beach on Kauai. It's a steep but short hike down and well worth it. Park in the small lot right by the tennis courts. Best to visit early mornings or late evenings since parking fills up fast. Great for snorkeling when the water is calm. Swim to the right and you might see turtles.

Another secluded beach in Princeville. The path down is steep and can be slippery but there are times when you can find yourself completely alone on this beach and it's absolutely beautiful.
Access is via the Sealodge Condo Complex. Park at the end of the road and look for the sign for the trail head.

Anini Beach is a long beautiful beach. It's always calm because the reef cuts off the waves on the outside. To reach it you can take the hiking trail that's next to the Westin Resort in Princeille or you can access it by car via the main road (10 minute drive).
Great for young children and stand-up paddling!

Natural pool by the cliffs. Only go if the ocean is calm, otherwise it can be treacherous. On calm days you can snorkel in the pool and jump off the sides.
Not recommended for small children.

Hanalei Bay is a large beach that's fun for everyone. Great for surfing and boogie boarding in the winter, spring and fall. Calm in the summer. It's fun to jump off the pier or watch the local keiki do it!
