I love hot yoga, taken many classes here. If you like it hot, this place will make you sweat. Very convenient only about 5 min drive. Changing facilitates, but no shower, so bring a change of clothes.

One of the very few places you can eat right on the waters edge. Open seasonally, bring your dog. No dress code. Very casual. Plates are paper, but view and sand in your toes make up for that.
