My favorite! Located on the Ancha, easy walking distance from the condo. Great Baba ghanoush, hummus, falafels, and all the good stuff.

Yoga basics, vinyasa, and hot yoga classes by certified teachers. There is also a full spa with massage and body treatments at affordable rates. Small juice and smoothie bar for drinks after class or treatment. You can walk from the condo - it's located just off Stirling Dickinson. Update for COVID - Esencia has an outside rooftop where all classes are being held.

Several vendors sell organic vegetables and fruit, local and gourmet cheeses, fresh bread and bakery products, prepared foods and snacks, exotic mushrooms, herbs and flowers, natural health care products, frozen yogurt and more. Upstairs are several small restaurants and juice/smoothie/coffee and tea stalls. Saturday mornings is the Farmer's Market with many other vendors and food options, outside of the mercado. It's a must see and not far from the condo, located on the Ancha.
