Fantastic organic food and plants. Great for a Saturday morning stroll and you can check out the historic Railway Station while you are there. Saturday morning - early til 1pm.

In the Town Hall building, a tiny little theatre - you feel as if you are watching the movie in your own home. Probably wise to park in a public car park if going during the day, as most parking metres in that area are for one hour only.

Beautiful long beach with enormous caves down the end. You can take a walk through the woods and you can watch people climbing up the cliff face. Lovely drive - pick up a coffee in Port Chalmers and check out the port.

Easy walk down and quite a steep hike back up - spectacular views. A short drive across the top road towards Brighton.

To see locally produced professional theatre in an historic listed building. Fabulous theatre with wide ranging themes and charming newly renovated bar, with an excellent wine list and antipasto for before or after the show. You will love it.
