The best spa in the area of Oslo is just a short bus ride away! Don't bother bringing swimwear, as you'll need to either buy their own swimwear...or choose to go naked. A lot of people do, and it is not embarrassing :)

Getting to the apartment
The best is to walk from Oslo S (the central station) to the apartment, as it is actually very close (6-7 minutes).

Getting around in the city
When getting around, I recommend using the feet, but if you have to use transport, then the tram (Trikken) or the underground (T-banen) are good solutions. Actually once you get outside the most central stops on the T-bane, most of the journey is over ground, so you get a view.

Whatever you do, just don't arrive with a car, as it is pretty impossible to park in the city center.
What to pack
Clothes for Norway
Norway has huge temperature mood swings, It can be pretty warm in the winter and extremely cold in the summer too. So just prepare yourself for anything. Warm clothes are always nice and can come handy. There is an old saying in Norway that "There is never bad weather, just bad clothes"
