Though Mexicantown has a lot of of choices for Mexican cuisine, I find myself always going back to Armando's. Cool part of town with a great atmosphere.

The best sliders in town hands down! Anyone and everyone would recommend Green Dot Stables. Plan to wait an hour or more on a weekend or holiday night. Don't worry, its worth it!

Apparently this place is world famous. It is located near the Michigan Central Station. The stretch of Michigan Ave where it is located is proof of the progress Detroit has seen in the last few years.

Very cheap pizza, but not to say its bad. I like this place also because they have Mexican style pizza, which is a nice change from traditional pizza. No Dine in option.

Located in a great little part of town, Cafe Con Leche has some amazing Baguette Sandwiches with a low key atmosphere and people of many cultures. Great little hangout spot.

Big, huge, expensive sandwiches but one of my favorite places if I want a filling lunch. Definitely a must try for the sandwich lover. Great choice of craft beers also.
