Quaint laid back neighborhood. Restaurants, bars, cafes, nightlife, galleries, new & vintage clothing stores, 2nd Saturday Art Walk, annual bike fest (May), Taste of Downtown (March). My personal fav "Summer And Music" (SAM) an entire summer of free music to the public! Per Yelp review: You will also find this area on TV and in film as it's used quite often as a filming location. "This Is Us", Jane the Virgin", and "La La Land" are just a few that have been filmed in the East Village.
