This is probably one of the oldest and most authentic milanese cusine restaurants. Located in via Gaetano De Castilla, the fascinating border between a typical district such as Isola and the modern, green colorful one of Gae Aulenti, with the Bosco Verticale right in the middle (and 20 meters from the restaurant). A real must go!

This is a brand new modern area of Milan. It was done building not more than 3/4 years ago. It's a beautiful square, elevated from the ground, placed between some skyscrapers that surround it. It was designed by the famous Italian architect Gae Aulenti.

Between Navigli and Downtown there's this nice little street (corso di porta ticinese) leading to an equally nice square called San Lorenzo, from the church inside it (San Lorenzo basilica). Behind there's a nice garden and is all a beautiful area to chill a bit, see a nice church on the way to Duomo.

This is he old Milan art district (where there's the Pinacoteca, the art museum). It is very nice to see and have a walk in. A little pretentious if I may, and a little expensive. But definitely a very beautiful area to vis
