Best movie theater in the nation. Period. Of course, after living in Austin for over 10 years I'm kind of biased. ;) If you don't have an Alamo Drafthouse where you're from you MUST go experience the Drafthouse.

Fancy Schmancy and pricey restaurant inside the Overton Hotel. While I've never been here, since it's relatively new, I've heard great things if you are looking for an extra special place for a night out.
