My favorite place for smoothies! A little pricey, but great after a workout. Also have some good crepes, but the service can be slow. Go there if you are in the mood to have a coffee and walk around and relax.

Amazing for dinner! It can be pricey, so look for specials in the local paper. The steaks are always incredible. This is a good choice if you are looking for fine dining.

Basically fancy fast food! Great burgers, ahi tuna burger, truffle fries, edamame and $5 milkshakes. A great place if you are looking for low key, fast but somewhat healthy food for the family.

Fun local brewery with great beer! There are food trucks and live music on different nights of the week, so it's a fun place to go if you want to tap into the local scene.

Amazing pizza! The rest of the menu is good too. This is reasonable.. for Vail. Great option apres ski, but, it can be really busy.

Amazing if you are looking for fine dining. If you have to pick one fancy restaurant in Vail, this should be the top of your list. The menu is expensive, but worth it! They do run off season specials if you are traveling outside of the winter and summer peaks. Check the local newspaper for specials. Other really great restaurants for fine dining include: Sweet Basil and La Tour.

This is the trendiest/cool bowling alley I've ever been to. Amazing bar area and good food. Really fun for a night out. Also good for a family, but I suggest going early as the bar does get busy in the evening.

Delicious food and drinks if you are in the mood for Japanese. Also check out Yama. Much smaller/more intimate venue with a more limited menu, but great sushi.

The Maya in the Westin has one of the best decks and views. It is an experience within itself. I'm honestly not in love with the menu, but it's worth going to for the view alone. I suggest drinks, happy hour or brunch.

This is one of the best known secrets in Vail! Head to Bachelor Gulch during ski season and be welcomed by large fire pits, and amazing deck and live music. Drinks are expensive, but you don't need to order any to enjoy the deck and or the CO sunshine while you listen to live music!

Entertainment & Activities

Enjoy drinks and dinner while watching a movie! This upscale movie theater is a fun place to go for something different. Be sure to get there early as seats fill up, and you want to make sure you get your food orders in before the movie starts. Fun for families or a date night. The menu is on the expensive side for what it is, so if you are looking for a more economical option, go to the Riverwalk Theater in Edwards. You can get a kid drink, popcorn and candy there for $5.
