The coffee here is brilliant. The cheese toasties (with chilli jam) and the bacon sandwiches are the best I've ever tasted.

Sightseeing

Wonderful view up here. Access Calton Hill from Royal Terrace, follow the path up and have a coffee at Milk Collective at the top. You won't be disappointed. If you're feeling energetic - climb the 143 steps to the top go the Nelson Monument for a better view OR scramble on top of the columns.
