This is a Mennonite dairy that has been making very good cheese. Their cheese curds are popular snacks for going around the wineries- you don't need a knife to serve them!

The Outlet stream connects Keuka to Seneca Lake. The trail follows the outlet from Penn Yan to Dresden, and is open year round. In warm months it is a great walking and biking trail (you can rent bikes at Carey Rental in Penn Yan, right on the trail), with a very gradual grade towards Seneca Lake. In winter it is popular for cross country skiing and snowshoeing...if we get enough snow (otherwise it is still a nice walk.)
