It's not much to look at but upstairs the coffee and the food is very good - usually there's a special with a Chilean/South American flavour. There's a little deli counter downstairs with some good home made falafel etc if you get there early enough...

This is pretty much my favourite place in Bristol (and judging by how busy it's got others may feel the same!). Authentic tapas, great wines, friendly efficient service. You can book but you'll need some notice. If you can't book queue for space at the bar (better than a table in my humble opinion).

Not easy to categorise this one as it is actually several things; an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam rooms, treatment rooms etc. but also a great tapas bar (downstairs) and restaurant (upstairs). Up there in my top 5 favourite places in Bristol!

Lovely park for a bit of relaxation and a cuppa/picnic. On good days in Spring, Summer and early Autumn there's a little van selling drinks and snacks. There's a good playground for children of all ages, room to kick a ball and have a run around. There's even a little paddling pool which usually opens in May for the Summer.

This isn't really a park as such but a piece of nice countryside on the outskirts of the City. Once you're here you'd never know you were in a City! You can take a walk all the way to Stoke Park, stroll through woodland and meadows. A lovely spot, not a secret as such but not many visitors would know or think to go there.
