Parks & Nature

Both Currumbin Rock Pools and Cougal Cascades is a must see if you love nature and getting away from the hype of the Gold Coast. Cougal Cascades is only another 5 minutes drive on from the Currumbin Rock Pools and well worth it! It is an easy walk, very informative and beautiful with it not being a popular tourist attraction and I have no idea why it isn't - as I rate it as a must do! Probably a 45 minute drive. It does still get quite busy on weekends and holidays. Again it is totally free! Take a picnic lunch or there are little cafes you can stop at along the way. No phone or data reception.
