Best coffee in town sourced from local Norfolk coffee roasters - and they know how to make a Cortado. Perfect for a mid morning hit ! Wrap up the rugs with a hot water bottle provided so you can sit outside all year round.

Sightseeing

A beautiful pier dating back to 1391 although the glorious 450 ft iron pier you see now was built in 1902. The Pavilion Theatre is located at the end along with The RNLI Lifeboat Station. The theatre bar is a great place to go for a drink or even a coffee at anytime of day with the best seats in town on the pier outside.

Parks & Nature

Lovely woods with paths and a few secret benches. Filled with bluebells and wild garlic in the Spring but beautiful in Winter too.

The path runs right along the coast past West Runton and on to Cromer and Overstrand. Breathtaking beach and cliff top views and interesting wild life all the way.

Drinks & Nightlife

Incredible contemporary Fine Art collection hung in this beautiful old Gunton Estate building now converted to a pub and top notch restaurant. Interesting bar snacks, cool vibe, pool table. Sit outside and watch the deer in the park in the summer. Also try The Suffield Arms in Thorpe Market suitably close to the railway station. The latest of Ivor Braka’s establishments in the signature style but with the extra bonus of tapas and a suitably louche cocktail bar upstairs.
