Amazing panorama views of all of Vilnius! Recommended time to visit - 1 hour before sunset when the city is beautifully lit with the golden light of the sun. Quite good cocktails too, though not budget friendly. Access is free of charge (to my knowledge at least).

Great old-school bar with a large selection of beers (local and world beers) and decent pub food (burgers, nachos, ribs and alike). Established in the old military barracks with many different interior details (old Soviet motorcycle, walls glued with old newspapers, etc).
