Segafredo is an Italian Coffee Bar that has a few locations in Tokyo. This particular one has a terrace and is popular with foreigners and Japanese TV stars, for some reason. Great coffee and paninis.

Art Coffee: The barissta can do amazing art with foam- in every cup. Ichiryu Ramen: Hands down my favorite ramen in Tokyo. Actually won a best in Tokyo award in some category.

Very social and reasonably priced indoor/outdoor hookah (shisha) lounge. Always a mix of Japanese and foreigners, a great place to hang with the locals. The hookah and drinks are cheap too!
