Closest hike to our house. Lollypop loops at the end but just a walk in, walk out trail. Gentle incline next to the river makes it very enjoyable in all seasons. You can snowshoe here! Historic markers and old remnants of buildings too.

There is a small loop with a waterfall at the start of the trail (about 1 mile). For a longer and beautiful hike, continue to Codfish Point Trail. You will pass a small quarry with some rock chairs to take a break on. Then continue for an amazing lookout towards the Hudson River!
