My absolute recommendateion! To get tickets, go to the ticket office indicated on the map and select the tour most interesting for you. Tour guides offer tours in various languages - eg. This is an open air museum where you can walk through the old Berlin Wall and can imagine how massive this monument of shame was and how it divided streets and even houses. Free entry and highly recommended.
