Asiatique is a top tourist destination and is certainly worth a visit. Thousands throng daily to catch the boat from Sathorn Pier, just across our Pier.
It comes alive at night... rows and rows of expensive (seafood, western and japanese) and inexpensive restaurants.Sometimes pop up stalls or food bazaars. Bars, music, caricature , portrait artistes, street artistes and musicians, Muay Thai. Night shopping bazaar... clothes, bags, souvenirs. Ferries wheels and kiddie rides .

It is unique... 8000 stalls, selling everything from paper wraps, ribbons to crockery, and animals...yes , dogs, chicks. The range of goods is quite unbelievable. If you see something you like, you would have to buy it cos it is not likely you can find your way back to the shop. It is like a giant maze. Try to get the market map there.
Extremely hot, dress without sleeves and try to get face wipes. Drinks and food easily available at budget prices.
