This coffee shop makes my life in this neighborhood complete. The Egg Sandwich and the Doughnut are the best ever. The coffee is always on point: third wave (think pourover, excellent full-bodied bright espresso), and the design of the space is so hip and beautiful. Also the staff is so sweet! I go there frequently. It gets crowded almost every day and closes at 5.

Awesome brewery and bar only a block away. House-made beers that are as good as any ever. My favorite drink in summer is the iceberg (frozen something alchoholic submerged in a citrusy beer, strangely refreshing and delicious) and in winter is a Woodford Reserve bourbon. Different food trucks every night and a fun front and back patio.
