Located right next to the Deerhammer Distillery, which has a great patio with twinkling lights and a fire pit, these are the best burgers in town! Grab a whiskey or gin cocktail from the Deerhammer, then a seat on the patio, and order super burgers from Evan and Anna. East Main is within walking distance of the Cabin on San Juan.

An old-fashioned ice cream parlor where your kids can choose their flavor by looking through the huge glass case. Prices are very reasonable and the best part is the patio, which is super kid-friendly with games and even outside movies on some nights. Better than a playground for your active kids!

This stone building was originally the town's jail but now serves craft beer from around the region as well as nice glasses of wine. It is tucked away behind The Village boutique at 414 E. Main St. The grounds of this historic building are impeccable - find a cozy little table inside or out. A great place for a pre-dinner cocktail!

Entertainment & Activities

Remember going to the drive-in? This one is in the most beautiful spot in the world! I love bringing popcorn and hanging out in the back of our pickup — the stars and view of the Collegiates usually get more of my attention than the movie. Great old-fashioned and inexpensive fun!
