Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The new quality apartment is rural modern furnished and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the foothills of the Alps. Only eight kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in all seasons.

Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Walchsee and the Kaisergebirge mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski track, in summer the swimming lake near the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus, which operates as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region in summer, virtually stops at the front door!

Our “Haus Wildbach” was renovated in 2021/22 and is located in the Seegatterl district. The residential area is quiet at night and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village in nature, directly on a stream and the Alpine road. Cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails as well as the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm start right outside the door. This apartment has a very nice balcony with stream and mountain views. The spacious living area offers space for shared meals.
