Gianluca, son of the owner of the property, was a perfect host! Always available and accurate. The residence, a magnificent mountain chalet, was perfect for the location, great for reaching the main ski lifts. After a day in the snow, it was great to enjoy the spacious and welcome the living room, playing cards and sipping good wine in the warmth of the fireplace. Stay to say the least, perfect. I can only recommend this residence!

What’s not to like about our stay at the Villa Laura! It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly, is well equipped with everything you need, and strategically located close to town. The host, Ziga, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A couple of tips. There is a great restaurant called Fine Food Berc within a 5 minute walk from the Villa Laura. For those more active folks jogging around the lake is a great way to start the day and only 4.5 miles or take a hike up the small ski hill near Ziga’s place to capture some beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Very nice accommodation! Nice area to spend your vacation. The contact person is very nice and you can easily communicate with it. If you want to sleep in a non-touristy village, this is definitely recommended!

This was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at on a vacation. The house is also quite new, has ample washrooms and is situated in a quite neighborhood. The views are great, and the air is clean. This was a great home base for our daily excursions.

Andreas was an exceptional host during our stay in Bad Kleinkirchheim! We rented 3 apartments in his villa, and everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout all apartments. Andreas truly went above and beyond by surprising us with fully stocked fridges, fresh bread, pasta, and other essentials upon our arrival - such a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The sauna worked perfectly and was a highlight of our stay, especially after long days of activities. Our group included 4 little kids who absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering. Andreas's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly memorable. We would highly recommend his villa to anyone visiting Bad Kleinkirchheim, and we definitely plan to return in the future!

Ideal for large groups of people!! Very spacious house with perfect amenities in the kitchen. The rooms are all spacious and are also very suitable as business travelers. Alexander is a great host, everything was as described. Gladly again!!!

The house is very nice, everything is very cared for and very comfortable, it has incredible views Anna was very attentive and has a super nice person in charge. The only thing is that the arrival is very difficult, it is not suitable for the elderly or with some disability you have to go down on a gravel ramp and to go up it. Susana helps you with malestas but it's a little complicated

We enjoyed our stay and had a really nice time there. Communication was great - everything was well described, quick responses and despite self check-in, we felt very welcome by the messages. The house itself is equipped with all the necessary things, very nice and lovingly furnished. You come in and immediately feel at home. The distance to the ski resort or hiking is also great! My friends and I booked the place for a couple of days and we were very satisfied with our stay. We were 7 people and had enough space, we greatly appreciated the numerous bathrooms available. The house is great for a staycation, surrounded by nature and the lake nearby. It was perfect for walks, especially at sunset! The host was very kind and fast with responding, we can highly recommend this place for a big group of people!

Roman's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and warm. It has three levels, three large bedrooms, with empty furniture for storage, two bedrooms share a balcony, there are three bathrooms, a desk, a pantry with many and varied appliances, lots of kitchenware, several board games, it's ideal. The indoor pool area has an indoor mini garden, with tables and sun loungers. We received the house impeccably clean, it has everything you need and more! We went for Christmas and they even provided us with cookie cutters. The setting is beautiful, the views are incredible, we had cows and even neighboring horses. The house has a terrace with an outdoor dining area, two sleds and next to a hill where we slid in the snow. (It's almost the patio of the house). Ladau is a 20-minute drive from Salzburg, with quick and easy connections. Thanks Roman, we enjoyed your home. We'll be back

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

Beautiful house, both on the outside and the inside. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Large fridge and freezer. A lot of things are made available to you as a guest, of course with the expectation that you handle things carefully. Nice pool, which is easily accessible from all rooms. Pool water was on the cold side!

Nice house in beautiful area, everything available for a relaxing holiday. Friendly host who likes to communicate and give tips. Super quiet at night. Our dog Seppi also enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back here.

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.
