The 35 m² apartment is located 300 metres from the pedestrianised centre, on the ground floor of a former mansion, in a quiet location, on the garden side. We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + a living room (Netflix TV, fridge, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. Close to the faculty, the lake, the opera house and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

Our former hotel, which is over 175 years old, The farmhouse is located in the centre of Queidersbach, directly opposite the park-like village square. You live in a one-room flat with a kitchen and a bathroom. You can find everyday essentials (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, etc.) within a few minutes’ walk of our building. Fresh eggs are available at the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place diagonally opposite in the old dairy house every Saturday.
