This cottage is anything but ordinary. It looks like a fairytale castle, there’s a real lighthouse in the garden, and its location at the tip of the headland is uniquely beautiful. This cottage captivates both children and adults alike. This three-bedroom cottage is ideal for up to five people, but can also accommodate seven. The cottage has three different terraces, a wood-fired sauna and an electric sauna, as well as a beach with jetties. Catches from the lake include pike and large perch. During the summer season, the minimum rental period is one week.

Main cabin: The sleeping loft of the main cabin has two double beds, a pull-out sofa bed, a children's cot, a folding mattress on the floor for a child to sleep in the "cave" (see photo), and two camp beds downstairs. Sleeping annexe: The sleeping annexe has two rooms that can accommodate four people. The annexe has electricity, heating and Wi-Fi. The toilet and shower facilities are located in the main cabin. From the annexe, it is about a 20-metre walk to the main cabin's toilet.

In addition to the indoor sauna, the property has a separate log lakeside sauna building. You can row, sunbathe, swim, enjoy the summer. Saarijärvi's restaurants, ski resort and cultural services are also close by, although it's nice to just relax at the property. Linen and towels are not included, but we rent a set for ten.

Saharanta sauna cottage welcomes you to the countryside of beautiful Central Finland! Our sauna cottage is a pleasant little cabin by the lake Keitele in Konginkangas. It has one main room with a dining table, fridge, a microwave, an electricity stove and a kettle. The sleeping room upstairs is open space with the main room. Our 5-member family (and a friendly dog and 2 cats) is living in the mainhouse at the same garden. Your private toilet and shower are located in the main house.
