There are two outdoor patios, a large stone table and a barbecue. The swimming pool is set in the vineyards.

It is part of the large authentic house with walls one meter thick. It has its own entrance and a terrace in the garden. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and swimming pool are for communal use.
