We had a lovely weekend while in town for a wedding. Home is even nicer than the photos imply, and the two decks are very nice (one sunny and one shaded). Beverly is easy to chat with, and protective of the home which I understand. :) Kitchen and dining areas are large. We were building a charcuterie platter for the bride and there was plenty of space for 4 people to work together while making it. One note: cell service at the top of the hill (and much of Malibu, truthfully) is very poor. Once you’re inside on WiFi it’s fine, but take a screen shot of the host’s instructions (gate codes and such) so you’ll have them available when you park. Overall an enjoyable home with a lovely view.

Highly recommended place! We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 teenage kids. For all of us is was the first time in LA, so this place was the perfect location: close to LAX, close to the beach, close to a number of cosy and tasty restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, clear communication and the amenities provided. The garage was a plus! The beds are comfy, but if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs as you do the planes from LAX. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

A hidden GEM! Sweetest hosts, gorgeous garden filled with hummingbirds, doves, squirrels, & butterflies. Bed was super comfortable & large, living room is so cute! So many thoughtful details, candles, lovely smelling soaps, teas, extra blankets. Affordable, central to everywhere you wanna be. Can’t wait to come back & stay again! 😍😍😍

SPEECHLESS! I surprised my amazing girlfriend with a valentines day weekend getaway and found this hidden gem! From the communication to the stay, everything in between was immaculate. Michael and his wife could not have made us feel more welcomed. The love and care they show as hosts is reflected on how beautiful and welcoming the property/stay is. I cannot wait to come back and have another amazing weekend getaway with my gf. 100 out of 10! Thank you again for such a great experience!

Linda's Beach Bungalow was so cute inside & out! loved the landscaping, so detailed, felt cozy & clean. Perfect distance to everything in the area just as described in her welcome book. The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

The place itself is exactly as expected Mx communication from the host is 5star service. The parking is in the ground floor honestly every time you wanna leave it’s a 5 min process to just get to the car. But at least there is free parking. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was the perfect temp. Place was clean and quiet.

Daniel was a good host. The instructions were straight forward and the place was as described. The place was clean and well maintained. The wif worked. Finding a consistent place with no negative suprises is a challenge and Daniel’s place is as advertised. There is coffee stocked and towels and supplies so it is a ready to stay in place which is great. Thank You Daniel!
