Our cottage is a habitat consisting of a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

Przystajnia - Art, Music and Relaxation near Warsaw

Przystajnia is a luxurious 2.7-hectare estate on the Bug River, just 1 hour from Warsaw (S8). A 250m² brick house that can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms (5 bathrooms). It offers a large living room with a fireplace and a panoramic window, a kitchen with 2 kitchenettes, and terraces. There is an atmospheric 64m² room for workshops/events and a stable converted into an art gallery. You can relax in the wood-fired sauna. The area is fenced, with a large car park and direct access to the wild meadows by the Bug River.

Cottage in a pine forest, Mazovia

RYNIA, 60 minutes from Warsaw, a holiday village, Mińsk district; NOT by the Zegrze Reservoir! HOLIDAY HOME. Very large fenced forest plot. Lots of shade - cooler in the heat!!! Barbecue, covered table, swing, hammock, carport. Forests, fields, peace and quiet. Perfect for walking, running, cycling. 20 minutes by car - the Liwiec reservoir with a small beach, Liw Castle and Węgrów with the Twardowski mirror and hiking trails. Guests are always my guests – coffee, tea, oil, salt, spices, etc. are waiting.

Forest retreat

Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

Tilio above Liwac

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

The 1300 m2 fenced plot provides our Guests with safety, privacy and rest surrounded by nature. The cottage is located 80 km from Warsaw on the S8 route. Terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and a large table. Year-round private jacuzzi with no restrictions, extra charge on request 300 per stay. We accept pets for an additional fee of PLN 50 per animal.

The cottage on the Bug River is a charming place to stay and relax for the family. The large terrace allows you to relax on sunny days. Birds singing, beautiful sunsets over the Bug River, a barbecue area, interesting routes for cycling or hiking. There is an affordable horse farm in the area, and canoe trips are organized. And fishing enthusiasts are only 50 m from the Bug River or 10 minutes by car to huge fish ponds. There are numerous local attractions in the area.
