By car, Stansted airport is 23 minutes, Cambridge city centre is 25 minutes and the Science parks are 20 minutes away from the studio.

Set back from the road, the cottage is located less than a mile from Audley End House, Saffron Hall, Saffron Screen and the beautiful market square. We have 1 Double bedroom with a separate landing room that can be used as either a workspace or a nursery. Underfloor heated throughout the downstairs, with a modern kitchen, comfy living room with a sofa bed and walk in shower. Outside we have a lovely flint walled court yard.

It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

This two bed house in our charming country town has a south-west facing garden and is a 10 minute walk to the town centre, and a 15-20 min walk to Audley End. Children friendly house, great walks around and parks in the town. A short drive (30 min) or train (15 min) to Cambridge and close to London (nearest train station Audley End). Great for travelling business professionals, a weekend away, visiting family, and tourists!

Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park.
