# Beautiful 8.40 Mt sailboat, the interior is small ( 1.62 Mt high) but very cozy. The rear exterior (bathtub) is spacious and comfortable for moments in the sun. Not suitable for children or persons with reduced mobility. Bathrooms and showers are located in the marina which is located 10 Min walk from downtown where you will find very nice places, shopping malls,cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, beach and historical places.
