In the middle of the orchards you will enjoy an exceptional view and the calm of the countryside while being close to the city, the lake and the mountains. The home was newly equipped in 2020. It has a terrace, a parking space and is fenced around the plot.

Le Coteau is a superb 94 m2 apartment with a 17 m2 winter garden and a 106 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and the Alps.
