Villa holiday rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Villa Boa was perfect for our group of 3. It had comfortable furniture, a lovely view, and everything we needed (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, AC in the bedrooms and living room). The villa is conveniently located, central to St Jean, Grand Cul de Sac and Point Milou. The owner and her property manager were responsive and very helpful. We had a great stay!

Hello Cecilia, A quick review of our stay at Villa Jad. We had a great time, it had everything we needed like in a 5* hotel. The cleaning lady coming in the middle of the stay is a plus and if you give access to the washing machine, that's great. We highly recommend the Airbnb! Thank you for your help during the stay. I had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still peaceful and private. The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool was a fantastic bonus, and we spent plenty of time lounging by it. JB was fantastic with communication, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We also loved the entertainment systems throughout the house; it made relaxing in the evenings so much more enjoyable. There were plenty of towels, and the house was spotless when we arrived. Overall, a great experience—would definitely recommend!

Stunning - both the villa itself and its location (with an incredible view). The house itself seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor space, and the sliding window doors really allow you to take in the scenery and fresh air. Morgan met us personally at the house to show us around and there was a professional cleaning service that was provided every two days. Really, everything about the house itself is nearly perfect. The pool, kitchen, deck, and pool house/living room give you everything you need to relax. Of course, all of this is right in the center of SBH. The beaches, natural pools, restaurants, grocery stores, and Gustavia are all easily reachable by car. Starting and ending your days on the deck is an excellent experience. I'm sure we'll be back soon and we highly recommend this house.

The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

We loved the villa it has a great view of the bay. Peaceful and private. The house was very clean and had everything you needed beach chairs, mats, and pool floats. Cant wait to go back. My recommendation to anyone renting this villa is rent a car.

Our stay in Anse Marigot, itself a magical place, was made truly magnificent by this gorgeous, well-maintained property and the team that hosts and helps throughout. We spent our days swimming in the beautiful bay, spotting turtles from the balcony, cooking/eating al fresco, and stargazing until sleep - with parking and location (moments away from Grand Cul-de-Sac) all smooth. Meanwhile, Catherine and team made us feel welcome and attended to our every question/request - including helping us set up child care for a date night (with a carer that our sons absolutely adored). HIGHLY recommend as we leave St Barths with TREMENDOUS gratitude for this villa and our hosts.

Coco de Mer is a fantastic spot with amazing views - perfect for two couples. We will recommend it to anyone staying in St Barts. When you stay at a place like Coco de Mer, staying in for the day is a treat rather than a waste of a vacation day. Roger, Vivi, and Julia are very responsive and helped us immensely with recommendations and feeling welcome. Merci beaucoup! We can’t wait to come back!

Dans un écrin de verdure, venait découvrir cette maison d artiste au charme fou. Sentir l'air marin le doux bruit des vagues pour se ressourcer. Vous aurez tout pour vous reposer. Le calme, une piscine. Une maison très confortable. Fonctionnelle et très grande. La propriétaire est vraiment formidable et à disposition en cas de problème. Tout pour être heureux. ....et passer un excellent séjour.

Spectacular views from this villa and open layout of the villa allows for a relaxing and clutter-free mindset for your vacation. Michael was very pleasant to communicate with and his assistant Chloe drove with us to get to the villa--she was very helpful!! Also, Alexandrina helped us with anything regarding cleaning of the villa. All was very clean and perfect for a 5 star Villa TIWA!!

Jean and Merete were wonderful hosts and they have made a really special hide away with very pretty ,natural looking pale blue ST Barths style ,with a four poster bed and terra cotta tiles everywhere. It is quite windy but has a stunning view . It’s certainly something memorable! We loved it !

Exactly as described! We rented all three rooms at the Villa & it was perfect for our group. Location couldn’t be better - quick walk down to Gustavia and St Jean. Excellent views, too!
