Waterfront holiday rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Absolutely beautiful stay! The apartment had stunning views, and everything was just as pictured. We did run into a small issue with the drain, but as soon as we informed the host, they were quick to respond and resolve it, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic—close to great places, super convenient if you want to stay on the Dutch side, and not too far from the French side either. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Exceptionnel. Le seul regret c'est de n'avoir pu booker qu'un petite semaine. La grosse paix sur le bord de l'eau, la cour privée, la place de parking, l'hôte qui est toujours prêt s'il y a quoi que ce soit. Meilleur setup d'Airbnb que j'ai eu jusqu'ici, bravo!

I have the opportunity of visit this place with my fam in holy week. The place is great, near everything, very private and always with the waves as a background music. This place has a clear water beach with his private access. You thing you will hear at all the time the airplane departing from airport but they has their scheduled from 500pm up and until 900am you don't listen anhthing. I love this place, very peacefull and Yuli and Nicole were attentive and responsive at all the time. Highly recommended!!! thanks girls you rock!!🤗🫶🤙

A terrific location! On the most peaceful beach ever! Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. A safe area and everything is walkable. Perfect spot if you need to relax on the beach.

Great, private location with beautiful views while still being walking distance (20ish min) from the main strip. The walk to the strip is through some run down areas but felt safe and walked to and from every night with no concern. Beach access & beach chairs easily accessible and found everything we needed for an easy stay. I would recommend a rental car to visit other parts of the island. Airplane noise was no issue as it’s only prevalent during daytime hours. Would stay again.

Absolutely stunning views of Grand Case right from your balcony. You cannot beat the location. A very short walk to amazing restaurants but the beach outside your door is very private and quiet. Best of both worlds. My husband and I had an amazing time. We had family staying in two other units and they loved the location and building as well. We never had to reach out with a question or problem because the instructions were very clear and outlined ahead of time. Whenever a message was sent, the response was always very quick.

Alex’s place was the perfect place to stay for our trip. It was roomy, comfortable and the washer and dryer was a huge help! It is walkable to so many great restaurants. We went to The Palms multiple times. Greg, the chef and owner, was fantastic! The beach was practically ours. There was maybe 1 or 2 other groups there whenever we went. The view from the patio was unbeatable! We spent so many of our breakfasts and lunches out there enjoying it! Alex was a great host and checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. We’ve never had such an attentive host before and it was nice to know he cared so much about our experience at his place and on the island.

The home is beautiful, great lighting, strong wifi. Great location and even better host. Just a few steps to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

J'ai passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement. L'emplacement était idéal pour moi qui recherchait du repos. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en famille. Le logement est retiré tout en étant à proximité d'une zone commerciale et de l'aéroport de Grand Case.

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Victoire. The villa is in a pristine and very peaceful location and was spotless. The view on Pinel island is simply marvelous. The pool is fantastic. We do recommend renting a car to access the villa and to make the most of all the great places/beaches within a short drive (e.g., Pinel ferry, Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, Grand Case). There are also loads of restaurants in the area serving all sorts of food and great beach clubs. Maly was a perfect host! She was always very responsive and extremely helpful with organizing restaurant bookings and many other things. And her flexibility was very welcome. We would be back in a heartbeat and strongly recommend a stay at Casa Victoire. Traveled as a family of five (2 adults, and 3 children aged 10, 7 and 5).

My wife and I stayed 10 days at this spacious beachfront townhouse. Olivier and Celine made the check-in process easy and perfect, and they were immediately available whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed being so close to the beach and to all the wonderful restaurants in the village. It was a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to returning!

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

Very clean and very accessible area. About 15 minutes from the airport and very close to the port to visit Anguilla. There is a mini supermarket around. A mall walkable by 12 minutes, and bakeries too and a mini downtown area. The bnb itself is very clean, the neighbors are very polite as well. Harry is very helpful and super responsive. Would stay again. Good space for a couple, 2 friends, and great and safe for solo. I felt very safe. Thanks Harry

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

Pictures of this place don’t do justice of the setting. Along the apartment is a semi private terrace that has a direct view on the ocean, full of sun all day along made a perfect spot for both morning coffee and late night drink. A plus : beds were really comfortable!
