The house is ideally located by the ocean, 3 minutes from the city center and the national road. The coastal path runs along the house and invites you to beautiful walks. Swimming is prohibited on the east coast but less than 15 minutes away you will have access to the beautiful waterfalls and pools of the east. You will be less than 30 minutes from the airport, the Cirque de Salazie and the hiking trails of the nature reserves. The garden under construction is enclosed. You can park your car there.

La maison est une case créole ancienne rénovée 140m2 dont 30 m2 de varangue , très agréable à vivre qui donne sur un grand jardin clos (835m2), qui lui même donne sur la plage de galets ( On ne peut pas se baigner dans la mer mais dans le bassin bleu situé à 1km ) La pièce de vie avec cuisine américaine fait 40 m2 environ, équipée (lave vaisselle, plaque à induction avec hotte intégrée, four, micro onde) il y a une grande varangue qui donne sur le jardin . Les boutiques sont juste en face.

Situé en front de mer, notre studio de 40m2 est indépendant de la maison (située en face). Nous partagerons le portail d'entrée et le jardin. Vous aurez accès à une grande terrasse, couverte et fleurie. Simple, naturel et moderne, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, bien situé au carrefour de la zone Est pour découvrir l'authenticité et les traditions des environs (Ste Rose, Salazie, Ste Suzanne). Very well located in the East, 150 m from the waterfront to discover with all its history, tales and legends, its Indian temple. In the evening we hear the sound of the sea and its waves that lull us, and 5 min away is the magnificent Colosse Park, very popular, accessible by bike or on foot.
