Old walled lodge is situated in a beautiful hamlet of Prideaux. This quite secluded lodge for two has amazing far reaching views with plenty of wildlife,whether you want to kick back and relax on the veranda, a keen cyclist and want to explore the beautiful Luxulyan valley or maybe walk the saints way which is all on our doorstep. we are a 15 minute walk to the famous Eden project. 10 minute drive to Historic Charlestown with lovely restaurants & Carlyon bay with its golf course. Fowey 7 miles.

The Conifers Bedsit S Catering Flat in Nat Reserve

Free return taxi to Eden b4 9pm. The Conifers is a very small, stylish bedsit flat in Par Nature Reseve with a lovely Victorian garden, surroundedby ancient woods. It has a small galley kitchen (5x8ft) a small double bedroom and a shower room, but no living room. It has its own entrance, a large drive and secure, dry storage with hose, for boards, bikes etc. 2.3 miles from Eden, 5 min walk from Par train station (0.3 mile), 100m from the bus stop to Fowey/Truro and 1.1 miles from Par beach.

Charlestown Harbour with many pubs and restaurants is a 20 minute walk along the cliff path or 5 minute drive away. Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. The area is perfect for Paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming and snorkeling. Local groups welcome tourists to join in.

A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
