The house has been completely renovated, it is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Floret and enjoys a beautiful location. On site, a restaurant. 3 mins convenience stores. 15 minutes from the city of Issoire. 20 minutes from Super-Besse, Murol, Saint-Nectaire, Lakes... 50 minutes from Vulcania, Puy-de-Dôme, Volcan de Lemptégy. The furnished apartment is comfortable and well-equipped so you will have a pleasant stay. When you leave the listing, I take care of the cleaning, I only ask that the kitchen be in order.
