Open plan kitchen & living space, shower room with generous shower. Kitchen with oven & hob; fridge with freezer, sink & drainer. Comfortable living area with dining space, sofa & smart TV. Small loft bedroom has electric Velux widows, double bed & TV. Courtyard is shared with 3 other properties.

A beautiful 3-mile golden sandy beach, Hayle Towans (voted UK’s Best Beach by The Times Jul 24) is only 200m away. The house is tastefully decorated.
