You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.

A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to late September), swing, ping-pong table and bowling alley.
