Villa holiday rentals in Saint Mary

I wanted to stay somewhere that was walking distance to the amenities of Jolly Harbour (without having to hire a car/golf cart) and Anita’s place offered just that. In addition, my friend and I visited a number of beaches during our stay, but the one that is right on the doorstep was actually our favourite. There were a couple of things not working (eg one of the TVs) but this was all clearly explained from the start and did not negatively impact the stay. Communication was also excellent between Anita and Ulrike. I would definitely look to stay at Anita’s property again if it was available next time I visit beautiful Antigua.

We had a great time staying in Jolly Harbor! The house was exactly as pictured. The deck was a wonderful place to eat outside, the kitchen was well stocked, everything functioned as it should! We made a lot of meals ourselves so we frequented the Epicurean grocery store. We went out to Al Porto and Sea Dreams, both of which were delicious with live entertainment! The kids love the bunk beds and the pool. The only negative was having to leave! The host was very responsive to any of our questions or concerns and they were also very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend staying here to family and friends!

Felecia is the manager of the villa not the owner. She is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. We had a few issues while we were there but she organised tradesmen extremely quickly without fuss or bother. The villa is in a very quiet location and is very tidy and well equipped. There is a golf cart with the rental which is an absolute necessity if you do not plan to hire a car because the bars, restaurants are a 30 minute walk away. The Supermarket (Epicurian) is also a good distance away and the only one in the area but is very expensive. Beaches are close by with one about a five minute walk (no sun beds though) and Jolly beach is further but reachable with the golf cart. There are a few restaurants by the marina and all are expensive with varying levels of service from slow to very slow but it’s Antigua so you have to adapt to their pace. There’s a lot of building going on in Jolly Harbour especially by the Marina which is not too intrusive yet but it will ramp up.

We had a wonderful week at sunshine villa. Perfect, beautiful location next to the beach but within the harbour. The villa was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and there was always someone on message if you had any questions. Would stay again.

I planned a last minute birthday trip to Antigua for the first time to relax and recharge. Nadia's villa delivered just that. Waking up to the gorgeous water views everyday put me a peace. The location in Jolly Harbour was in close proximity to everything - some the most beautiful beaches, restaurants, groceries etc. The home itself was clean, modern and had all the amenities you could possibly need. I highly recommend Nadia's villa and would not hesitate to stay again when I return to Antigua - because I will definitely be back!

Great few days at this villa. Jovanna organised a taxi for us from the airport and our driver knew exactly where to go and how to get into the property which was fantastic. Property was as described and in a beautiful location - perfect except for the bathrooms which we hadn’t appreciated where within the bedrooms with only a privacy screen which wasn’t the most practical. A few basics were provided like salt & pepper but no tea coffee & sugar. Jolly beach is gorgeous - such a beautiful spot, especially for sunset drinks. Nadia’s team were fantastic - the fridge stopped working and was fixed so quickly and on a public holiday. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our second stay at Starfish House and we fully intend to be back, we just love it so much! So what do we love about it? For one, you get this elevated, million-dollar view of the entire coastline, fleets of sailboats anchored offshore, and a veritable landscape painting’s worth of layered mountains and turquoise blue waters. It’s absolutely incredible. And the only tradeoff is the beach is about a 10 minute walk. But that leads to the next thing we love here: you’re within quick walking distance to 3 of the best beaches on the island (Ffryes, Valley Church, and Darkwood). They all have slightly different character/vibes and it’s fun to rotate beaches based on your mood or your plans for the day. Whereas if you stay at a hotel right on the beach, not only do you lose the view, but you tend to stay at the same beach all week. We also love having the extra space and a fully working kitchen on-hand. This place is awesome! Oh, and Jamie’s been so great to us!! Thanks Jamie!!

We were a group of six adults and Hector’s House was perfect for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic feature. Larger kitchen & family room were very nice. There was plenty of space to come together and also find a quiet spot to relax. Golf carts were a must. The location is wonderful! Just not reasonably walkable to the restaurants, grocery store or beach. Amy & Iris were my point of contact for the house. Amy arraigned to have 2 golf carts waiting at the house for us. She also became my go to for any island questions or excursions. She is very quick to respond, even when I message her after hours with an excursion request. Our personal concierge. She is wonderful, polite and extremely patient. My only regret is I wasn’t able to thank her & Iris in person. Future travels without Amy and Leon, our taxi driver, just won’t be the same. They have set the bar high. I hope future guests have the same fabulous experience we did.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like fresh towels and toiletries provided. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!" Thank you.

Une magnifique villa dans un cadre tranquille et proche de la mer. Parfait pour visiter les plages alentours. La villa est super bien équipée pour cuisiner, la piscine est sécuritaire pour les enfants, mes petits de 3 ans avaient pieds sur toute la longueur!! Un incroyable séjour, je recommande vivement, les 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain sont très commodes pour les groupes et l’épicerie est a distance de marche.

Eva’s Sweet House is about as good as it gets. First, the location is ideal; within minutes you could find yourself at one of several incredible beaches. Lots of options for restaurants and the grocery store is a stone’s throw away. The place itself was more than spacious for our group of 5. There’s even room outside out of the weather in case of rain - you can still hang out outside! There are many gathering spaces, both inside and out. The furniture, including beds, are of high quality. Kitchen is extremely well-equipped. The pool is great. There’s a little outdoor shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. Grounds are beautiful. Of all of the places we’ve stayed in the Caribbean, this one is at the top! Highly recommend.

Villa Tyler was a delivery and we enjoyed staying there every single. Regrets 10 days just passed by fast, wanted more days. Will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Great location, near a beautiful beach (our favourite so far!!) and direct access to the water for my SUP!! The house had beautiful views from the balcony and patio. It was spacious, had everything you need to cook and has washer/dryer facilities. Air con worked well. Added bonus was UK plug adapters as we forgot ours!! You will definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. The supermarket in the complex is the best we have found so far and the only place that seems to sell fresh milk. El Porto was reasonably priced, food was good and there was live music on Monday.

Stacey was very responsive. That is a huge plus especially when we are tired from traveling and not familiar with the island. Her partner was there to greet us and he provided a tour. We had decided to rent a golf cart and it was at the property waiting for us when we arrived. There was a small issue and Stacey had someone come take care of us immediately. The property is picturesque, close to the beach and very comfortable. There is also a small grocery within walking distance which provided what we needed to be able to eat in. The tv was set up with a Firestick and ready for use. Nice little surprise. Overall was a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone.

The private deck and garden are outstanding. There is a wide variety of exotic plants and visiting animals, including hummingbirds, lizards, and snails. The villa overlooks a beautiful harbour and hillls. The location is excellent - 5 minute walk to Jolly Beach, 8 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket (Epicurean), good access to restaurants, bars, water sports, tour agents and transport. The villa is in a neighbourhood of similar villas facing the harbour. We felt quite private and secure. Chris and Katie were very responsive, provided helpful and structured information and were very flexible, including in respect of late check-out.

Our stay was excellent. We ended up having to stay a little longer than intended, but we got lots of great help from host to accommodate us. Very happy with this stay. Thank you.

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The place is clean and modern and has all amenities. If something was missing, it was immediately taken care of. Lunessa & Fitz went above ans beyond as hosts, they were equal to a concierge service at a hotel. They booked cars, recommended places to eat and even made us reservations, replaced a lock when we couldn’t lock the door instantly. Reminded us our taxi was there when it was time to get to the airport. I’d recommend renting a car or a golf cart, as taxi’s can be expensive. Beach is a 10 min walk, so easy on foot too. Several restos close by and many excursions available around the island. They are extremely responsive and truly cared to make our stay perfect.

Excellent location, close to the beach, great restaurants nearby - highly recommend this spot for a stay in Antigua. Jolly Harbor was our favorite spot in Antigua and is a great home base for anyone's visit. Kevin was a great host, very responsive and helpful getting us checked-in.
