The house is located in the village, 5 minutes from the Velodyssée cycle route and the train station, and 45 minutes by car from Nantes. Shops are within walking distance ( bakery , grocery store , butcher ,press, soap shop, museum )

My place is close to the racecourse; you will enjoy its calm, comfort, view; the nearest beach is 15 minutes away and 45 minutes from Nantes. My place is good for couples and families with kids who want to rest or people who want to work quietly.
